Addressing the lack of updates on MythoChibis

So people have noticed that it’s been three weeks since we last posted a new MythoChibis strip, and to answer one question, no doubt on a lot of people’s minds, NO IT HASN’T ENDED. Circumstances forced us to put it on a break. Those circumstances were fulfilling campaign promises, money being tight for all three of us this month, and personal priorities that I am not at liberty to go into detail on.

However, MythoChibis will be coming back soon with a few holiday-themed strips as well as a special thank you strip at the end of the year for all the people who supported the Mythoverse in its first year. I cannot understate how much we could not have done all this without you guys and we appreciate each and every one of you.

The Mythoverse is FUNDED!

It’s been a very busy couple of weeks, and we’ve barely had time for much more than perfunctory updates, but… we made it! The Mythoverse is funded and this comic universe is ON!

We’ve all got a hell of a lot of work to do in the coming months, as we are aiming for a September fulfillment date. All backers will be receiving invites to our brand new discord server, and we will be providing regular updates on the project itself.

If you are a backer, keep an eye on your inboxes!

Welcome to Mythoverse Comics!

Welcome to Mythoverse Comics!

What is a Mythoverse? We’re so glad you asked.

The Mythoverse is the name for a brand new shared comic universe that is coming your way from Wikid Publishing. It is a fully realized modern fantasy universe, brought to you from the creative minds of Dan Sacharow, Brett McGowan, and Matt Trinh, and made real thanks the superlative talents of an incredible team of artists. The Mythoverse is filled with mystery, action, romance, suspense, and adventure, and is lead by a group of fascinating living, breathing characters.

The Mythoverse is currently comprised of the following three titles.

Changeling: An Urban Fairytale

Written by Brett McGowan, with art by Victor Campan and Colors/letters by GingerFoxy.

Follow the adventures of a young christian girl who discovers not only that the Fae realm and the supernatural are real, but also that she is one of them! Intended for a Young Adult audience, Changeling will tell a story of self discovery and adventure with a rich, vibrant cast of characters.

Adobe Kroger – Dame Commander

Written By Dan Sacharow, Art by Leandro Panganiban, Letters By Eric Weathers, cover colors by Brett Smith.

Adobe Kroger is a young and inexperienced holy knight charged with leading her very first mission to rescue a group of innocent girls from a depraved, hedonistic cult.  With a heavily troubled past, her inner demons are often far more difficult to smite than the flesh and blood kind she must face in the course of her righteous duties!  Follow her as she uncovers the truth behind a dark conspiracy and confronts her deepest rooted doubts about herself. Adobe Kroger – Dame Commander is intended for mature readers.

Mythics

Written by Matt Trinh, art by Beth Varni

In a world in which unauthorized use of Magic is practically a capital crime, what can a brilliant young magically inclined woman do when charged with dealing with paranormal entities that plague the mundane world?  She must rely on her wits, her encyclopedic knowledge, her resourcefulness, and her ever present and faithful familiar.  Join Elthia Fletcher as she attempts to maintain the balance between our world and the ever shifting threat of the supernatural!

Our Promise to you

What you will get when you visit the Mythoverse is a world created by a group of people who are passionate about the medium, and of storytelling in general. Each issue of the three titles in this universe is crafted with love and care for the characters, the world, and the reader.
